New LG G6 Teasers Focus on Reliability And Durability
LG released two fresh teasers for the upcoming flagship G6. Latest teasers talks about reliability and durability. LG has also used the word “check” three times. They are probably referring to problems LG had with their last flagships, like BootLoops and LCD cracking for some users, so LG probably adopted strict testing for the G6.
The LG G6 is set to be announced on the 26th this month at a pre-MWC press event in Barcelona. LG G6 is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 821SoC, while the Samsung reserved first bash and Galaxy S8 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset in some markets. SD 821 is no doubt a capable CPU, but it will not be able to take on the Snapdragon 835, which offers significant higher performance compared to the Snapdragon 821.
What will set apart G6 from the crowd this year will be its design. As we’ve seen in leaks over the past few weeks, the G6 will feature very thin bezels on all sides, and it will have tall 2:1 display. It’s also expected that G6 will also be water and dust resistant. LG G6 is rumored to rock new LG UI redesigned from previous Android versions, and it will include the Google Voice assistant that debuted with the Google Pixel last year.
